Return Policy
Customers are permitted to return products within 30 days provided:
- Every effort to solve the problem within 5 working days has failed; and
- The product is returned in full, including all parts and original packaging, and in a reasonable, working, and resalable condition; and
- A valid RMA-Nr. is displayed on the outside of the returned package; and
- All shipping costs are prepaid and proof of shipment is retained/traceable.
If the above criteria is not satisfactorily met, MapleLeaf Technologies reserves the right to refuse merchandise or send back to the customer.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied against credit issued; and
- Shipping costs are not refundable; and
- Duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
During the warranty period, in the case of a 'faulty/suspect' product MapleLeaf Technologies shall, together with the products Manufacturer, determine the nature of the fault and decide, at its discretion, to either:
- Repair the unit; or
- Replace the 'faulty/suspect' unit with a unit of the same type; or
- Replace the 'faulty/suspect' unit with a unit of similar functionality.
What do I do if an item is received damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damaged by Carrier (i.e. FedEx or GLS Logistics), immediately tell the FedEx driver you do not want to receive this package or go to http://www.FedEx.com/ to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 3 days to file the damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and then if they are refuse the package claiming the damage. Obtain a control number from FedEx and email MapleLeaf Technologies customer service at customerservice@mapleleaf-technologies.com.
If the item appears to be damaged straight from the manufacturer, immediately email MapleLeaf Technologies customer service at: CustomerService@mapleleaf-technologies.com. Note: Always be sure to get Carrier's (i.e. FedEx or GLS Logistics) damage package control number for your claim.
